Jenna Lehmann, PhD

Jenna Lehmann is a Nashville, Tennessee-based post-doctoral psychologist who works with adults and older teens seeking to learn more about themselves, improve relationships, heal from the past, and cultivate a life that fosters well-being. They are currently available for both in-person and telehealth appointments. Jenna is also a part of the psychodiagnostic assessment team at Nashville Psych and is available to work with clients who are interested in an evaluation.

Jenna enjoys working with clients with a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and a desire for self-acceptance. Their clinical interests also include working with underrepresented and marginalized populations, especially those who identify as LGBTQ+ or are questioning their sexual or gender identity. Jenna provides therapy from a primarily Psychodynamic lens while integrating key components of Relational Cultural Therapy. They approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, authenticity, and a desire to connect and collaborate with clients to create an individualized therapeutic experience. They have a passion for helping clients reconnect with their emotions, process past experiences, understand things from a new perspective, and create day-to-day experiences that align with their clients’ goals, values, and sense of self. Jenna is dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgmental space in which to connect, heal, and grow. 

Jenna earned a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University in 2025 and is now completing their post-doctoral experience at Nashville Psych. Before receiving this degree, Jenna earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Baltimore in 2019 and completed two practicum training years at Nashville Psych, gaining both assessment and therapy experience. In 2025, Jenna completed an APA-accredited internship at the Georgia Southern University Counseling Center.

In their free time, Jenna enjoys spending time with friends, cooking up a storm, cuddling with their cat, hiking, tending to houseplants, and playing the piano.
