About Our Client Care Team

Our Client Care team is of great importance to our NP Community. Led by Client Care Director Andrea Wilson, the team is dedicated to treating potential and current clients with the utmost respect, kindness, warmth, authenticity, and professionalism.

The Role Of A Client Care Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new client inquiries, responding promptly via phone and email, discussing therapy services and evaluations, matching clients with therapists, and guiding them through the intake process. You’ll manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling for existing clients, assist therapists with specific administrative needs, and handle occasional client concerns with care and professionalism. Billing responsibilities include processing payments, following up on billing issues, and sending superbills. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, attending weekly team meetings, coordinating with external providers, managing office supplies, and supporting general office upkeep and basic tech troubleshooting.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideal candidates have experience in the field of Customer Service and have an interest and knowledge of mental health care. We are looking for candidates who are warm, open, self-reflective, authentic, hard-working, creative, curious and passionate about the work. We are also looking for people who very detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
