About Nashville Psych

Nashville Psych, founded by Dr. Daniel Goldstein and Amy Goldstein, is a Nashville, Tennessee-based private psychology practice, offering a wide range of psychological and counseling services to adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are centrally located and in close proximity to downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt University, Green Hills, Music Row, Belmont University and Belle Meade.

We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, family therapy, comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, career counseling. We also provide professional development to therapists through our therapist training groups.  

Our therapists, Dr. Daniel Goldstein, Dr. Nisha Bhatt, Dr. Jenna Lehmann, Helen Tarleton, MS, LCSW, Lyndsay Wilson, LPC-MHSP, Natalie Cox, M.A., Heather Britt, LPC-MHSP, Olivia Blakey, MMFT, Julie Singer, and Dr. Mark Simpson, utilize their education and experience in a variety of effective approaches to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD and other developmental disorders, bipolar disorder, relationships, grief/loss, divorce, learning disorders, LGBTQIA issues, men’s issues, women’s issues, diversity, trauma and career challenges.
